‘The Best iPhone Ever’ is this true?

The latest iPhone (The iPhone 6), is said to be ‘the best iPhone ever’ but is this really the case?

With competition being on the rise in the smartphone market, Apple refused to enter the ‘bigger is better’ battle and kept their smartphone at a 4inch screen size…until the iPhone 6 hit the market with its 4.7inch screen.

After the iPhone 5S was revealed, Apple fans expected something different when the latest iPhone hit the market and so far they have not been disappointed. The screen size is not the only visual difference on this model. The iPhone 6 has an all-metal back and all of the edges are curved, unlike the sharp shape of previous iPhones. The one downside to the look of the phone is that the camera lens stands out more compared to the older models where the camera lens is level with the phone case.

The battery life of most smartphones is a big concern for smartphone users. The battery on the previous iPhone models could last a day if the phone is not constantly used and the user would have to charge the handset overnight. Although keeping a spare charger at work is probably a good idea.

The iPhone 6 battery life just keeps on going. When tested in everyday use, the phone lasted a full day and continued into the second. This is a big step forward compared to previous handsets. iOS 8 also gives users warnings about the apps which are draining your battery usage so you know which apps to turn off throughout the day.

In my opinion, the iPhone 6 has taken a major step forward compared to the slight changes made in between the iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 models. It seems Apple now understand they need to increase the competition with other smartphone models such as Samsung and Sony and have made a number of improvements to compete.

So do you agree that this latest model is ‘the best iPhone ever’?
